Our Story: Hand-Stitched with Love in Collingwood
From Baby Diapers to Beloved Paws We didn't start with dogs! In 2003, we were manufacturing diapers for babies. In 2005, a Whippet rescue owner saw our quality and challenged us to create a Canadian-made solution for dogs. We took the same medical-grade standards and meticulous design from our baby products and brought them to the pet world. It was a challenge we loved, and it changed our lives forever.
True Canadian Craftsmanship Today, we remain a dedicated husband-and-wife team. Jim hand-cuts every piece of fabric, and Filomena hand-sews every single diaper in our Collingwood, Ontario studio. When you buy from Jack & Jill, there are no middlemen and no overseas factories—just two people who care deeply about your dog's comfort.
Inspired by Duke Every design we sell was perfected with the help of our beloved companion, Duke. He was our lead tester and our heart. Although he passed in 2019, his spirit lives on in every product we lovingly create. We make these diapers to the standard Duke deserved, ensuring your best friend gets the same.
